After trying many (7) different touchless foaming soap dispensers over the last 4 months, I can conclude without a doubt that this one is 100% the best of the bunch. I've been using it for over a month and there has been no issues. Yes it does use micro-USB (as opposed to USB-C) and has a smaller reservoir than some of the others I've used which I wanted, but this one just works right everytime. Same amount of foam, has an optional stand to attach to the wall, and no sputtering like many of the others have after not using it for a little while. This is the touchless foaming soap dispenser to get!!!
I bought one at the end of January 2022 and bought a second one a week later. I’ve been using 2 of them for 2 months now. They are easy to fill. Charging the battery is quick and I’ve only needed to re-charge one of them 1x so far. They supply a charging cord, but you will need to have or buy the appropriate plug for it. The sensor is very smart (placed well). They don’t clog or drip on the counters. I like that there are 3 different settings for the amount of soap you would like dispensed. And the soap is a nice soft foam. I will buy again, so I hope they continue to make them. Recommend to others.
At first I had a problem. The soap was too thick. Once I had the correct type of liquid, it worked wonderfully! Make sure to dilute the soap a lot! This is going to save money over time because I don't need that much soap to make this item work as intended.
I ordered this for my new apartment, and had no issues with it for about a month. Then one day, the dispenser stopped working, and would flash a red light whenever I went to use it.
I contacted the brand, and after answering a few questions, they told me that they have a year long warranty on their products, and would send me a replacement for free. Their responses were very quick and polite, and I haven’t had any further issues!
I love the way this looks in my kitchen, it’s really cute, and the customer service is fantastic! I would definitely recommend ordering from them!
I own this newer model as well as the older version. I have to say this newer model is a must have. It responses and dispenses much faster. One thing I disliked about the older model is that there are soap scums built up around the dispensing outlet, but they definitely fixed this issue with this new model. Try it out and you won’t disappoint.

Encountered a problem with the light not responding to the remote as intended, seemed to be stuck on a strange setting. Emailed Authentic Decor on a Saturday morning, had a reply within 2 hrs with instructions, and bingo, all up and running as new straightaway. Class.
Ordered the Enchanted LED Lamp, Said 5 to 10 days for delivery. Due to the current situation arrived a couple of days later. Emailed customer service and was replied to straight away, exceedingly helpful and delighted with my lamp. Planning to buy more from Authentic Decor in the future.
