I got buy 1 get 1 Free deal on Exquisite Nordic Deers. They are as lovely in person as they appear in the advertisement. They will give any room a pop. They are functional art. To add to the whole experience, they were shipped and arrived very quickly.
Encountered a problem with the light not responding to the remote as intended, seemed to be stuck on a strange setting. Emailed Authentic Decor on a Saturday morning, had a reply within 2 hrs with instructions, and bingo, all up and running as new straightaway. Class.
Ordered the Enchanted LED Lamp, Said 5 to 10 days for delivery. Due to the current situation arrived a couple of days later. Emailed customer service and was replied to straight away, exceedingly helpful and delighted with my lamp. Planning to buy more from Authentic Decor in the future.
